1. Why is CoachHub investing in AI?
With a focus on making coaching more accessible, CoachHub fosters innovation in digital coaching through research and market insights. Our Innovation Lab, a team of experts dedicated to advancing in coaching research and science, recently conducted a survey on AI. The results underscore a widespread optimism regarding AI’s capacity to elevate coaching and learning across various organizational tiers. Given the recent widespread growth of AI technologies, CoachHub aims to integrate AI and human intelligence in coaching to support customers in realizing their Talent Development objectives.
2. Will AI replace human coaches?
At CoachHub, we firmly believe that coaching is inherently human. It demands years of dedicated professional training, substantial experience, and a profound sense of empathy and accountability to excel as a digital business coach. We maintain our view that AI can never substitute a human coach. The role of AI lies in enhancing and complementing the coaching process.
3. How do you ensure privacy and information security of the AI Coaching Companion?
CoachHub designed the CoachHub® digital coaching platform with the GDPR principles of privacy by design and by default. The CoachHub® Platform is certified for its information security (for example ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2) and privacy aspects. CoachHub has been using and continues to use the same standards and practices for developing AI Coaching Companion.
4. Do you record human coaching sessions to train the AI?
In line with strict privacy regulations and coaching ethics, we never record human coaching sessions between the coach and the coachee.
5. Where is the AI Coaching Companion available?
The AI companion is currently exclusively available with the CoachHub App for Microsoft Teams and can be integrated with specific coaching program details. For more information on integrations read this page.
